How the copy subscription works

An Xtra Copy subscription is a credit of copies bought in advance. You pick a volume, from 500 to 5,000 pages, pay for it once, and draw on it whenever you need. The larger the volume, the lower the price per page, and that price stays yours until the credit runs out.

It suits anyone who prints regularly without knowing exactly when: a thesis spread over several weeks, the handouts of a local club, the paperwork of a self-employed professional. Rather than paying full price on every visit, you pay once and come back as it suits you.

The credit works both at the counter and online, at rue de l'Yser 11 in Tournai or from your account on the site. Nothing to show: your copies come off your balance, which you can check at any time in your customer area.

Common questions

Does the subscription expire?

No. The credit stays valid until you have used it, with no time limit. A year without visiting the shop costs you nothing.

Can the rate change after I buy?

No. The price per page is fixed when you buy the credit and applies to every copy in it, even if our rates change in the meantime.

Can I mix black and white with colour?

The two credits are separate, because their cost differs a great deal: €0.025 per page in black and white, from €0.16 in colour. You can hold both on your account at once.

What if my document is larger than my balance?

The pages covered by the credit are deducted and the rest is charged at the standard rate. You can also top up before printing.

Does it cover large format plans?

No, it covers A4 and A3 copies. A0, A1 and A2 plans have their own price grid, based on size and ink coverage.
