Can I order a single black and white photocopy?
Online payment requires an order total of at least €0.50. For collection in store, one to four A4 sides on 80 gsm paper, at €0.10 per side, stay below that threshold: add them to another document in the same order, or go up to five sides. With delivery, the shipping cost counts towards that total.
How much do black and white photocopies cost for 100 pages?
One hundred black and white A4 sides fall within the 10 to 499 copies tier: 100 copies at €0.05, so €5.00 including VAT on 80 gsm paper. Double-sided, these 100 pages fit on 50 sheets and still cost €5.00, since each printed side counts as one copy.
How much is a black and white A3 copy?
A room layout printed on one A3 side and run off in 10 copies costs €1.00: these 10 A3 sides count as 20 A4 sides, at the €0.05 tier. From 250 A3 sides in the order, the price of an A3 side drops to €0.08. In A3, the thickest paper available is 200 gsm satin, and binding is not possible.
Are my copies cheaper if I order several documents?
Yes. A 300-side course and a 250-side book of exercises ordered together make 550 sides at the €0.04 tier, so €22.00, compared with €27.50 if they go through as two separate orders. The cart recalculates the price shown when each document was uploaded. The pages without colour in a document uploaded on the Colour copies page are also added to that total.
How much does it cost to print bound course notes (a syllabus)?
For one copy, a 200-page syllabus printed double-sided fits on 100 sheets: €10.00 of copies, plus €2.00 with plastic rings, €3.00 with metal rings or €3.50 with perfect binding. From three copies, i.e. 600 sides, the copy price drops to €0.04 and each syllabus comes to only €8.00 of copies, plus its binding.
My file contains colour, how will it be printed?
On this page, everything is printed and charged in black and white, images and charts included, and the preview shows you how each page will look before you confirm. If the colour needs to stay, upload the file on the Colour copies page instead.
I only have a paper document, what can I do?
Take a photo of it with your mobile phone or scan it, then upload the images as JPG or PNG instead of a PDF. Each image becomes a page in the chosen format, centred and scaled without being distorted or cropped, and counts as one page in the price. A single upload can combine several files: 450 MB in total, with a maximum of 120 MB each.
Is a black and white copy subscription worth it?
Yes, if you often print a few pages at a time. Without a subscription, five A4 sides cost €0.10 each; taken from a 500-copy pack at €20, they come to €0.04 per copy. A small order of five sides therefore gets the price of a 500-copy run.

One copy is one printed A4 side. A double-sided sheet therefore counts as two copies, but uses only one sheet of paper. One A3 side counts as two A4 sides: a black and white A3 copy costs €0.20 from one to four sides, then €0.10 from five. The "pages per sheet" setting puts two or four pages of your file on the same side, and you only pay for the printed side: the 80 slides of a lecture, four per side and double-sided, fit on 10 sheets for €1.00.
Course material full of colour diagrams, lecture notes scanned at the library or an assignment received as a PDF can go through here as they are: everything comes out in black and white and is charged as such, and the price appears as soon as the upload finishes, with no wait for a page analysis. Scans and photos in JPG or PNG are accepted just like PDFs. You then choose single or double-sided, the format, the paper, the finishing and the number of copies, and leaf through each page exactly as it will come out of the machine before adding it to the cart.
80 gsm is enough for course notes or a report. A stiffer revision sheet moves up to 250 gsm satin for €0.50 more per A4 sheet; in between, 120 gsm satin and 115 gsm gloss add €0.10 and €0.15 per sheet, and any paper supplement doubles on an A3 sheet. A file for a ring binder comes out punched with two or four holes, and meeting notes are fastened with one or two staples, at no extra cost. The stapler only takes 80 gsm paper, and the configurator tells you why when your document cannot be stapled. An instruction sheet to put up next to a machine can be laminated for €0.50 more per A4 sheet: the film then seals the sheet on all four edges, so it can no longer be punched, stapled or bound.
Your course notes (syllabuses) can be bound in the same order, in A4: plastic rings, metal rings or perfect binding with a glued square spine, with or without a clear cover. The menu only keeps the bindings that accept your number of sheets, and their price is added to the total. A 120-page syllabus printed double-sided and bound with plastic rings therefore comes to €8.00: €6.00 of copies and €2.00 of binding. A front cover in 200 gsm satin adds €0.20 per copy. Work to be handed in bound, with a cover on the front and the back, is better started from the Thesis printing page, which is set up for that in advance.
For an association or a self-employed professional, volume quickly brings the bill down: 30 stapled copies of a 20-page double-sided document make 600 sides at €0.04, so €24.00, stapling included.
