Which business card formats can you print?
They all fit on an A4 sheet: the 85 × 55 mm European standard, the 90 × 50 mm wide format and the 89 × 51 mm American format, at 10 cards per sheet; the 65 × 65 mm square, at 12 per sheet; and the 85 × 25 mm mini, at 22 per sheet.
How much does the paper for a business card cost?
Paper is charged per A4 sheet, on top of the printing, VAT included. 250 gsm satin costs €0.50 a sheet, so 5 cents per standard card, 200 gsm satin €0.20, 115 gsm gloss €0.15 and 120 gsm satin €0.10. The 80 gsm paper adds nothing. Lamination costs €0.50 more per sheet, on any of these papers.
How much do 100 business cards cost?
100 standard colour cards, single-sided, on 250 gsm satin take up 10 sheets: €3.00 for printing and €5.00 for paper, so €8.00 including VAT. Double-sided, the printing rises to €6.00, so €11.00 in total. In black only, single-sided, it drops to €0.50, so €5.50.
Can I print my cards double-sided?
Yes, and the back adds no paper, only printed sides: 1,000 standard colour cards on 250 gsm satin go from €75.00 single-sided to €95.00 double-sided. The back could, for example, carry your details in Dutch or English. Below the preview, two buttons show you the front and then the back laid out on the sheet.
What size should my file be?
The card size plus 3 mm of bleed on each side: 91 × 61 mm for the standard, 96 × 56 mm for the wide, 95 × 57 mm for the American, 71 × 71 mm for the square and 91 × 31 mm for the mini. For a portrait card, the two measurements swap round, for example 61 × 91 mm for the standard.
Are the cards delivered cut?
Yes, you receive separate cards, in the number shown on the page. One tip specific to cards: avoid a thin border drawn right up to the edge. As the cards are cut in a stack, a line running along the edge would give away the slightest cutting deviation, wider on one side than the other. A solid background that runs into the bleed does not have this problem.
Can I order just a few cards?
Yes, a single sheet is enough, so 10 standard cards. In colour, single-sided, on 250 gsm satin, they cost €0.80 including VAT: €0.30 for printing and €0.50 for paper. In black only, on the same paper, printing that side costs €0.10, so €0.60 for the ten cards.
Can I get my cards in time for a trade fair or an appointment?
The page does not state a fixed lead time: the safest option is to order as soon as your artwork is finished. An email lets you know when the cards are ready, to collect from the Tournai store or to be shipped. For a date coming up soon, collecting in store saves you the transport and its cost; delivery to your home or to a pickup point shows its cost in the cart, before payment.

A business card fits in a pocket and says what matters: your name, your trade, your logo and how to reach you. Whether you are self-employed, a shopkeeper, a professional in private practice or in charge of an association, you can have yours printed at Xtra Copy, a digital printer and copy centre at Rue de l'Yser 11 in Tournai. Here you start from your own artwork, and the preview already shows it repeated across the sheet, each card framed by its crop marks, before you even add it to the cart.
Five formats are available. The European standard measures 85 × 55 mm, the wide format 90 × 50 mm and the square card 65 × 65 mm, while the 85 × 25 mm mini also works as a bookmark or a ticket. The rectangular formats can be ordered as landscape or portrait cards, with the page first following the orientation of your file. Then there is the American format, 89 × 51 mm, the one to choose if your design was made at 3.5 × 2 inches: placed on the European format, this longer artwork would either be noticeably stretched, with the screen telling you by how much, or cropped. In the American format, your cards come out at the intended size.
There are five papers to choose from: 80 gsm, 115 gsm gloss, and 120, 200 and 250 gsm satin. The page starts on 115 gsm gloss, the paper used for flyers; for a card that feels solid in the hand, switch to 250 gsm satin, the heaviest weight on the list. For a card set to spend months in a wallet or a jacket pocket, lamination adds a film over the print, whatever the paper. Only the edge escapes it, because the cards are cut after the film is applied.
The back of the card is a space in its own right: your opening hours, a map showing how to get there, a QR code leading to your website, or nothing at all, since the back is optional. Upload it as a second artwork file, or let the second page of your PDF fall into place on its own. A plain card, black on white, should not have to pay for colour: each time you upload a side, the page checks the front and the back, and if neither contains any colour it selects black and white printing, which is cheaper, a choice you remain free to change. If either side does contain colour, a logo on the back for instance, colour is preselected and the whole job is then charged at the colour rate.
Prepare your artwork at the size of the card plus 3 mm of bleed all round, so 91 × 61 mm for a standard card. The page accepts it as a PDF or as a JPEG, PNG or WEBP image, up to 120 MB. Your cards are then laid out side by side on an A4 sheet and cut as a stack on the guillotine. As the blade can have a little play on a stack, your artwork is automatically scaled down slightly: the cut only ever falls in the bleed.
Cards are ordered by the full sheet, from a single sheet up to around 20,000 cards. The page shows the number of cards produced, and the price appears as soon as your artwork is uploaded. In October 2026, a standard colour card, single-sided, on 250 gsm satin costs 8 cents including VAT, so €40.00 for 500 cards. From 1,000 cards, printing moves to the next price tier and the card drops to 7.5 cents, so €75.00 per thousand, and the price keeps falling with volume. Within that price, the paper accounts for more than the printing, and other colour prints in the same cart can bring the price per side down further still.
