You order copies, meaning sheets, and each sheet gives four A6 flyers, two A5, or a single A4 or A3. For about 150 A6 flyers, you therefore choose 37 copies, giving 148 flyers, or 38 copies, giving 152 flyers. The screen shows the exact number of flyers below the copy counter, and the price follows the number of sheets.
For flyers ordered on their own, without a subscription, in colour and single-sided, paper and VAT included, at current prices: in A6, €11.25 for 100, €50.00 for 500 and €93.75 for 1,000. In A5, €22.50 for 100, €93.75 for 500 and €165.00 for 1,000. Lamination changes the total, which the page details before you order.
Yes, and the back is a good place for a location map, the evening's programme or practical information. Double-sided counts two printed sides per sheet, but the paper only once. In colour, 100 A6 flyers go from €11.25 single-sided to €18.75 double-sided, and 500 A6 flyers from €50.00 to €75.00, paper and VAT included.
On 115 gsm gloss paper, the only one offered for flyers, from A6 to A3. It adds €0.15 including VAT per printed sheet to the printing price for A6, A5 and A4 flyers, and €0.30 per A3 sheet. If you want a film on your flyers, lamination is available as an option, at €0.50 per sheet in A6, A5 and A4 and €1.00 per A3 sheet, applied before cutting. In A3, the printing also counts as two A4 sides per printed face.
It is not compulsory. The tool adds the crop marks itself, and the preview shows where the cut will fall. The edge of your artwork can run to the cut: keep text and logos a few millimetres from the edge. If your file already includes 3 mm of bleed, set the zoom slider to 100%: those 3 mm then fall beyond the crop mark.
Download it as a PDF, in the version intended for printing, keeping only the front and the back: beyond two pages, the following pages are not printed. Leave out the crop marks option, as the tool's own are enough. If you send a photo as an image, the tool measures its resolution at the chosen size: below 150 dpi, the summary flags it, and a smaller size or an image with more pixels will give a sharper flyer.
Yes, choose "All black". In black, the gloss paper is the largest part of the price: 100 single-sided A6 flyers, ordered on their own, come to €5.00 including VAT, of which €3.75 is paper, and 1,000 A6 flyers to €50.00. Prices per side in black are detailed on the black and white copies page.
Start from the date of your concert, dinner or flea market and work backwards: the flyers must be ready before letterbox distribution begins, plus delivery time if they travel as a parcel. As no lead time is given when you order, call the shop before ordering if your deadline is tight. The cost of any delivery is shown in the cart, before payment.
Looking for a printer in Tournai for your flyers, leaflets or a door-to-door drop? Xtra Copy, the print centre on Rue de l'Yser, prints them from the file you upload on this page, and you order entirely online, whether you are in Tournai or elsewhere in Belgium. For a student party, a club dinner, a flea market, a concert or a shop opening, you upload your artwork, then choose the size, single or double-sided and the quantity yourself, with the price in front of you.
Four finished sizes are available. A6, 105 × 148 mm, prints four to a sheet: it is the small leaflet for mass distribution and letterbox drops. A5, 148 × 210 mm, comes out two to a sheet and leaves room for a programme, a menu or a price list. A4, 210 × 297 mm, and A3, 297 × 420 mm, come out one to a sheet, enough for a small shop window poster. Each size can be ordered in portrait, in landscape or following the orientation of your file. For A2, A1 or A0, go to the large format posters and prints page.
All flyers are printed on a single paper, 115 gsm gloss, whatever the size. You print in colour or all in black, single-sided or double-sided, the back being optional. Each time you upload a side, the tool checks whether the front or the back contains any colour: if neither does, it preselects black, which is cheaper; as soon as one side does, it preselects colour. In colour, the whole job is charged at the colour rate, both sides included. As an option, lamination applies a film to the sheet before cutting, so the edges of the flyer are left without film.
You send a PDF or a JPG, PNG or WEBP image, up to 120 MB. A two-page PDF becomes a double-sided flyer, page 1 on the front and page 2 on the back. The tool places your flyers on the sheet with their crop marks, before your eyes. If your file does not match the proportions of the size, you either fit it in whole, with the screen showing how much it is stretched, or fill the size by cropping whatever overflows, then a zoom slider fine-tunes the framing.
The price is broken down item by item: printing, paper and, if you choose it, lamination. You enter the number of copies, meaning printed sheets, and the screen shows how many flyers they produce: A6 flyers are therefore ordered in fours and A5 flyers in twos. A sheet of four A6 counts as just one printed side, and the price per side falls as the print run grows. In colour, single-sided, paper included, 250 A5 flyers come to €50.00, 2,000 A6 flyers to €165.00 and 4,000 A6 flyers to €310.00, or 7.75 cents per flyer. The full price-per-side grid is on the colour copies page. For A6, A5 and A4 flyers, the 115 gsm paper adds €0.15 per sheet and lamination €0.50; an A3 flyer counts double, so €0.30 of paper and €1.00 of film per sheet, and each printed A3 side counts as two A4 sides. These prices include VAT, for flyers ordered on their own and without a subscription, and a single job can run to 20,000 flyers.
An event often calls for flyers and a few small posters: put them in the same cart, because the colour sides of the whole order are counted together. 400 single-sided A6 flyers make 100 sides, and 50 small A3 posters as colour copies add another 100, since an A3 counts as two A4: together, these 200 sides go from €0.25 to €0.225 per side, flyers included.
In Tournai, your flyers can be collected free of charge at the shop, Rue de l'Yser 11. If they are for use elsewhere in Wallonie picarde, from Ath to Mouscron, in the Mons area or around Lille, the parcel can go straight to the organiser, in their name, or to a pickup point, in Belgium, France and twenty other European Union countries.
Does your programme run to several pages? An A5 stapled booklet will suit it better than a flyer. For your contact details in a pocket-sized format, see business cards, and for documents to be reproduced exactly as they are, colour copies.
